Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to operate the service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and message when you reach out via the Contact page.
Email address — when you register for an API key or use the free evaluation tier.
IP addresses — logged automatically for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and security. Not tied to identities.
Terms of Service agreement — a timestamped record that you agreed to the TOS, including the TOS version and your IP. Required for API access.

What we do not collect

No tracking cookies or fingerprinting.
No third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
No advertising identifiers.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How we use data

To respond to contact inquiries.
To issue and manage API keys.
To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
To maintain records of TOS consent as required by our terms.

Third-party services

HuggingFace Spaces — hosts the application. Subject to HuggingFace's privacy policy.
Google Fonts — serves the Geist typeface. Google may log font requests.
Google News RSS — public news feed used to populate the Explore incident feed. We do not share any user data with Google for this purpose.

Data retention

Contact messages are retained indefinitely so we can refer back to conversations. IP logs are retained for up to 90 days. API key records are retained as long as the key is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing Shivpuriya0211@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
